Functionality and quality are the guidelines for designing and building our Stack Type printing presses, from reel to reel or to be installed in-line to bubble extrusion machines for plastic film, paper baggers or sealers for plastic bags. Our machines are offered with two, four, six or eight printing units, and differ basically by two types of inkwells.
The SPEEDY model represents the most automated version, for materials from 1,200 mm to 1,600 mm wide and print sizes from 400 mm to 1. 100 mm with speeds up to 300 mt/min; it features independent motorized feeds on both sides for the printing cylinder and the anilox roll, motorized grinding, printing pressures with 0.01 mm steps, managed with the aid of a handheld device, handling of the inkcups with ball screws, closed chamber doctor blade or rubberized inking roll, and independent motorization of the backstamps; it can be supplied in the inline or roll-to-roll configuration with six or eight colors.
The Hawak model is designed for material widths from 800 mm to a maximum of 1,200 mm, print sizes from 320 mm to 1. 000 mm and speeds of up to 200 mt/min; this version also features independent motorized feeds on both sides for the printing cylinder and anilox roller, motorized grinding, printing pressures with 0.01 mm steps, managed with the aid of fixed pushbuttons, handling of the inkwells with ball screws, rubber inking roller, and independent motorization of the backstamps, is offered in-line or roll-to-roll with two, four or six colors.
The less automated version is represented by the CONDOR model, which, while maintaining the same concept of robustness as the other versions, is however equipped with manual or alternatively motorized but single-motor feeds, manual printing pressure adjustment, manual inkcutter blocking, hydraulically servo-assisted print entry and exit, rubber-coated cylinder inking, hydraulically servo-assisted grinding, single-motor inkcutter motorization with crown wheel drive, is offered in-line or reel-to-reel, for materials with widths from 1. 000 mm to 1,200 mm, print sizes from 350 mm to 1,000 mm, in four or six colors. Upon request, in the first two solutions, the front and back of the material being processed can be printed.
All lines can be implemented with gas or electric battery drying systems, doctor blade units, trim or slitting systems, and sleeve changes. In the reel-to-reel version, single, overlapping bar or automatic turret winders can be installed, suitable to accommodate reels with diameters from 800 mm to 1,200 mm.
