In this regard, a number of important collaborations with established customers have resulted in particularly successful installations, including the Plow Folder mod. REMEDY and the inspector machine mod. RIBO.
The Plow Folder is a line designed, engineered and manufactured to be able to fold and wind health care indications printed on paper in reels (bugiardini); it is offered complete with one, two or three folding stations and is equipped with an automatic cantilever winder for side discharge of the processed reels, with production speeds of 300 mt/min and material widths ranging from 100 to 600 mm. Simple and easy to use and set up for different production needs, it is very functional and intuitive in operator controls.
Another very attractive product, is the Inspector, engineered and manufactured to meet the ever-increasing need to supply defect-free materials, which can accommodate any material control system to identify defects or errors present in the films. This line is equipped with an automatic recovery system for controlled material and allows the operator to be able to eliminate unsuitable product by simply choosing a setting on the operator panel. The machine is small in size, operating at a speed of 500 mt/min with material passage ranging from 200 mm to 1,300 mm.
