An important area for Convert Service S.r.l. is the construction of new machinery.
We design and supply Stacktype printing machines in line or from coil to coil for plastic materials or for paper, hot embossing machines for plastic or cold for paper, automatic Rewinders and Unwinders for paper, aluminium and plastic, and special machines such as inspection machines for printed or coupled materials and Plow Folder for package leaflets. The machines are designed, built and certified according to current regulations, and are adapted or implemented according to the needs of the customer, thus managing to meet the specific production needs.
In all our machines, the commercial components used, from pneumatics to electronics, from control systems to machine management systems, from industry-specific components to mechanical parts, are of high quality and are tested and checked before being installed. An integrated system, allows direct connection with Convert Service S.r.l. in remote mode, significantly reducing downtime in the event of an, albeit unlikely, need for service.
Finally, if our machines need to be installed on existing lines, they are configured to accommodate the necessary references or signals for their proper operation.
