The engraved roller and the back pressure roller, depending on the material to be embossed, can be thermoregulated.
The back pressure roller can be of three types: steel (etched or smooth), paper wool, or rubber; the choice regarding the type of roller to be used is determined by the embossing design and, of course, the type of material to be processed.
A servo-assisted system allows the two embossing rollers to be moved and adjusted optimally, thus being able to vary the depth of embossing repetitively and precisely.
The transmission, ensured by a single gearmotor, makes it possible to keep the embossing pattern perfectly synchronized in case an engraved or wool paper backpressure is used.
